I cannot say enough about this fabulous hotel and the staff. In the Westminster section of London, a perfect location close to attractions and full of history. The hotel was decorated beautifully for what the Brits call the “Festive Season” - and they really outdid themselves. The breakfast buffet is abundant, the rooms spacious and clean, and the staff are top notch in hospitality. I’d especially like to recognize Laine for his kindness. I highly recommend this charming hotel. It was a joy staying there.

We had a really great 3 night stay at St Ermin’s. Beautiful historic place in a great part of town. 5 minutes to parks, close to palace and even closer to Big Bend and river. We had a great meal at the pub too and service was excellent. Room was comfortable and well serviced. Interesting historical points in lobby from WW2. Lovely unique entrance for a city hotel!

Loved our stay here. The location is great, wakability to Westminster, London Eye, museums, restaurants, tube. Service was excellent. Tea lounge was elegant and priced well considering others are well over $125. Rooms are updated and comfortable, clean. The entrance is gorgeous.

I recently attended a gathering of 25 at St. Ermin's Hotel, and I have to say, the entire experience was outstanding. The champagne reception with its delicate canapés was a perfect start to the evening, setting a luxurious and welcoming tone. The three-course meal that followed was nothing short of spectacular. Each dish, crafted by Head Chef Andrew and his talented team, was a delightful fusion of flavors and beautifully presented. The care and precision put into every course was evident, and the entire meal was an absolute treat. The service throughout the event was flawless—attentive, professional, and friendly. A big thank you to Chef Andrew and his team for making the evening so memorable. Highly recommended for any special event or gathering!

Very nice hotel, great location, friendly and helpful staff. Room a little on the small side but to be expected for an old London hotel. Would definitely come back. Evening wine tasting was a nice treat!

The best hotel in London!! Honestly I cannot describe into words just how amazing the team are here at St Ermins. The moment you step in, you feel like family, excellent service throughout, from the afternoon to, to the Caxton grill for dinner or drinks, and of course being welcomed by the reception and staff at the doors. I always love visiting st Ermins and even if you’re not staying at the hotel, it’s worth a visit for a drink or afternoon tea. The pictures speak for itself how beautiful the hotel is and I always love taking photos there. Really is a hidden gem in London

St. Ermin's is a beautiful property with staff who go above and beyond. I said to my husband multiple times that I had never encountered a friendlier hotel staff! Every time we would interact with someone I'd think they couldn't be any friendlier...then we'd interact with another staff member and they would be! Their staff is truly above and beyond. They are the best part of the hotel. The property is beautiful. Our room was always well attended to..plenty of room, waters refreshed daily, all special requests accommodated. Onsite bar and restaurant options are wonderful. Wine happy hour on weekdays. The daily breakfast was perfect with a huge variety of options. We loved that the hotel was set back in a little alcove. It was also less than a 3 minute walk from a tube station and very close to many sightseeing options. Would absolutely stay here again!

St. Ermin's Hotel exceeded any and all expectations I had. To start the location is perfect. It is centrally located and about an easy 10 minute walk from the must see locations of central London including Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, and Buckingham Palace. This makes it easy accessible while also providing a quiet environment without all the noises of city. Additionally, there is a taxi stand right across from the hotel making it easy to quickly get a ride anywhere you want to visit. Aside from the location the rooms were clean and comfortable. They housekeeping staff did a great job turning the rooms over. I cannot say enough good things about the staff and the experience at the hotel itself. The daily breakfast was delicious and there were so many options we didn't have to eat the same thing twice. One of the managers, Nahid, who is routinely at breakfast is always happy to chat and offer suggestions of what to do, where to go, and great tips to make it a smooth trip. We also did afternoon tea and had so much fun. The teas were delicious, the desserts just as good, and our server Jacquline was so kind. She did a great job explaining everything to us and was very patient and accommodating. We are already planning our next trip to London and looking forward to staying here again.
